David Parkins, MD, Anesthesiologist
Dr. David Parkins is board certified by the American Board of Anesthesiology. He studied medicine and obtained his MD at University of Illinois, College of Medicine. He completed his anesthesiology residency program at Medical College of Wisconsin in Milwaukee, WI. He has practiced anesthesiology since that time, covering a broad range of specialties. He has a special interest in performing nerve blocks that allow patients to recover from anesthesia more quickly and have less pain overall. He is the director and primary provider of anesthesia at Parkins Plastic Surgery.
Allie Cabreza, Surgical Coordinator
Allie loves what she does! As the Parkins Plastic Surgery surgical coordinator, Allie communicates with patients to help answer questions, provide information, and guide them through each step of the process from start to finish. Allie has worked in this industry for almost four years and brings more than 10 years of customer service experience, allowing her to provide our patients with high-quality customer service and knowledge in the cosmetic field, both surgical and non-surgical. Allie’s warm and welcoming personality along with her knowledge of procedures puts patients at ease and makes them feel comfortable with Parkins Plastic Surgery before they step foot in the office. What Allie loves most about her job is the patient engagement with each individual and being able to assist them through their journey to looking and feeling better, inside and out.
Monica Moser, Registered Nurse
Monica Moser is an experienced registered nurse of 25 years with BLS/ACLS certification. She has been a peri-operative nurse for 17 of those years, working with patients of all ages. She is competent in a wide variety of peri-operative specialties. However, she came to specialize in plastic surgery exclusively over the past five years. She enjoys being a plastic surgery nurse, providing care in all three phases of the surgical patient: pre-operative, intra-operative, and post-operative. She loves being part of the surgical team supporting a cosmetic change that will have a positive impact on a patient’s self-esteem and allow him or her to live a more happy and healthy life.
Kayla Millspaw, Certified Surgical Technologist
Kayla earned her surgical technologist degree at Waukesha County Technical College, during which time she fell in love with the art and beauty of plastic surgery. Kayla loves helping the surgical team work smoothly and efficiently by always anticipating the next step. Kayla is a local Oconomowoc resident and takes pride in not only her work, but also the community as a whole.
