This policy describes your financial and scheduling responsibilities.
Consultations require a non-refundable fee to secure an appointment at Parkins Plastic Surgery. The Surgical consultation fee is $100. To schedule a MedSpa appointment, a valid credit card number will be held on file. *See cancellations below.
Cancellations made within 48 hours in of your appointment are non-refundable. A credit card is required to be held on file and will be charged $50 for no-shows or cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance.
Parkins Plastic Surgery accepts debit & credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express), cashier’s check, and CareCredit financing. All surgical Credit/Debit Card payments will accrue a 3% processing fee charged to their payment type.
If the patient cancels for non-medical reasons less than three weeks prior to surgery, no refunds are issued.
Patients whose primary care physician deems them not able to undergo surgery will receive a full refund. A signed doctor’s note stating the patient is not suitable for surgery is required prior to funds being returned.
