This patient in her late 20's came to us to discuss options for a breast lift and tummy tuck. She knew she wanted the breasts lifted but was not interested in an implant. The stomach area bothered her due to excess skin and fat, post-partum with 2 children. After much discussion and going through our sizing process, she decided on a tummy tuck w/anterior flank liposuction and a breast reduction w/augmentation. She decided to go the implant route with 350cc moderate plus implants because she wanted volume on the upper pull of the breasts. At 3 months post-op, she looks AMAZING. She feels sexy again and we are both thrilled with the results.
