This patient in her mid 60's came to us looking to remove excess upper and lower eyelid skin prior to her son's wedding in the Fall. After much discussion and evaluation, we decided on an upper blepharoplasty and lower lid skin pinch with liposuction under a local anesthetic. At 3.5months post-op, she is looking fantastic and was able to wear false eyelashes for her sons wedding!!! We're both beyond thrilled.
