This patient in her early 50’s set up a consultation at Parkins Plastic Surgery to have her implants removed as well as a breast lift with fat transfer. With her implants her bra cup size was a DD and she was looking to be around a B/C cup. Using fat from her abdomen, anterior flanks, and inner thighs, she was able to achieve this result and at 3 months post-op, she looks absolutely fantastic!
