This mother of four in her early 40’s came to Parkins Plastic Surgery looking to achieve fuller, lifted breasts. After much debate between implant vs. fat transfer, the patient decided fat transfer would be the best option for her and allow her to meet her goals of more fullness on top. We finalized our game plan of doing a breast lift with fat transfer. At three months post-op, the patient looks fantastic and is pleased with both her breasts and abdomen where we pulled most of the fat from.
