This patient in her early 50’s set up a consultation with Dr. Maida Parkins to discuss her aesthetic concerns surrounding her breasts. She had saline implants but, after having children, felt that they were too large for her body. Her goal was to be a mid-C cup and by combining a breast reduction with augmentation (300cc Moderate projection silicone gel implants by Sientra), we were able to help her acheive that goal. At four months post-op, she looks fantastic and is loving her results!
