This patient in her early 40’s came to Parkins Plastic Surgery to discuss surgical options for her stomach, liposuction vs abdominoplasty, and options to enhance her breasts. She previously had liposuction of the abdomen. Her breast size prior to surgery was a 34DDD and her goal was to lift the breasts and add more volume. After much discussion, we decided on a custom mommy makeover consisting of a tummy tuck and breast lift with augmentation. She decided on 385cc high profile implants and at three and a half months post-op, she looks amazing!
