This patient in her early 40’s scheduled a surgical consultation with Dr. Maida Parkins to discuss her options for replacing her implants. Prior to her surgery at Parkins Plastic Surgery, she had saline implants but over time, felt more and more uncomfortable with them. She wanted a similar size, only slightly bigger, but wanted to use silicone gel implants instead. Using 470cc high profile Sientra implants combined with a petite lift, we were able to help her achieve her aesthetic goals.
