This patient in her mid 30’s wanted to address her cosmetic concerns surrounding her abdomen. She set up a consultation with Dr. Parkins to talk about her surgical goals and create and plan to help her achieve her desired results. The patient and Dr. Parkins decided that an abdominoplasty (tummy tuck) with an extended incision and posterior flank liposuction would give her the aesthetic results she was looking for.
