This patient in her early 40's came to Parkins Plastic Surgery for her phase 2 of surgery. She previously had a mastopexy (breast lift) with augmentation and brachioplasty with Dr. Parkins and is now ready to address her abdomen and thighs post-weight loss. The patient's goal was to get rid of excess skin and fat of the medial thighs and stomach. After thorough evaluation, we decided on a tummy tuck w/ extended incision and a thighplasty. At 3 months post-op, she's looking and feeling fantastic.
