This beautiful 41 year-old patient saw Dr. Boehm for revision breast surgery. She had undergone a breast augmentation many years ago and has since developed “waterfall deformities” where her breast tissue is falling off the implants. She desired a lift and a smaller implant. She underwent implant downsizing (575 cc to 385 cc) and a breast lift. At 3 months she loves her smaller, lifted breasts!
